Healing Sweat Lodge

Healing Sweat Lodge

Doya Natsu Community Healing Sweat Lodge

The Doya Natsu Healing Sweat Lodge is a place of prayer, renewal, and community healing, open to all who seek balance and spiritual connection. We offer women’s sweats, men’s sweats, and youth sweats, but everyone is welcome at any lodge.

Held weekly, these ceremonies provide a space to release burdens, seek guidance, and strengthen the mind, body, and spirit. Guided by experienced lodge keepers, our sweats honor traditional ways while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all.

The Healing Fire of the Sweat Lodge

The sweat lodge is a sacred place of healing, purification, and renewal. The fire that heats the stones—often called Grandfathers—carries prayers and intentions, creating a space for physical, emotional, and spiritual cleansing. As the steam rises, it connects us to our ancestors, the earth, and the wisdom that has guided our people for generations.

Through the heat, the darkness, and the songs, we release what no longer serves us and embrace clarity, balance, and strength. The sweat lodge is more than a ceremony—it is a return to self, community, and the sacred teachings that keep us whole.

Community Sweat Lodge – Building a Stronger, Healthier Community

At Doya Natsu Healing Center, our community sweat lodge is more than a ceremony—it’s a space for healing, connection, and unity. Rooted in tradition, the sweat lodge brings people together in prayer, reflection, and renewal, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose.

Through the heat of the lodge and the power of Prayer, we release burdens, strengthen our spirits, and support one another on the path to wellness.

Honoring Our Mentors & Keepers of Tradition

The sweat lodge is a sacred way of life, passed down through generations by keepers of tradition. Their wisdom, teachings, and songs keep the lodge strong, ensuring that its healing continues to for our people.

We depend on these knowledge holders to guide us in the proper ways, to share the prayers and songs that have carried our ancestors, and to teach the next generation how to walk in balance. Without them, the lodge would grow silent, and the teachings could fade.

Through respect, learning, and participation, we honor their gift and ensure that the lodge remains a source of strength, healing, and unity for all.
